ONLINE PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING can take place as a 1:1 unit as well as together with your partner or friend - suitable for Pilates beginners & advanced. After an anamnesis and definition of your goals, I will guide you through your individual Pilates workout! We can of course use Pilates equipment as well, like ball or magic circle.
All you need is to grab your mat (or carpet), wear comfortable clothes, check internet access and use a mobile device such as notebook, tablet or mobile phone.
It is also possible to record the units and use it as a video download.
