Use your time with ONLINE MAMA PILATES as an active support during your pregnancy and an effective training method for regression after childbirth!
ONLINE MAMA PILATES is offered as 1:1 Training and is suitable for Pilates beginners & advanced.
Before the first Pilates unit there will be an online Anamnesis to define your personal goals and wishes. In every further session I will provide you individually Pilates Training.
You just need to grab your Mat (or carpet), wear comfortable clothes, check out an internet connection and use a mobile device such as notebook, tablet or mobile phone.
It is also possible to record the units and use it as a video download.
There is also the possibility to order 3 general Mama Pilates Videos, made by me.
